Today, at 4:59 PM EST; 26th March, 2012, Robert Bowling (fourzerotwo) has retired from his position as Creative Strategist of Call of Duty, as a lead of Infinity Ward, and as an employee of Activision. Word hasn't been released why yet, however, he tweeted it on Twitter. So until more info is released, a picture of the tweet is below.

What can this mean? Will Modern Warfare 4 cease to exist? Who knows. What do you guys think about Bowling's retirement?

Robert bowling didn't make MW, MW2 or MW3 that was the developers, he was the creative strategist/community manager meaning he took the ideas that the community had, the bugs the community found and he passed it on to the developers he has no power over what happens at IW, honestly i'm sad he's gone he was the voice for us gamers, Robert Bowling took the full grief of the community when someone got killed due to lag when most of the time it was the gamers connection.

Put it this way,

Q1) Who helped get some guns nerfed?
A1) Robert Bowling!

Q2) Who got the glitches fixed?
A2) Robert Bowling!

Q3) Who made the developers fix lag compensation?
A3) Robert Bowling!

I could go on forever...
