and that is to offer digital downloads for games the same day they are available for retail.

Earlier today during an investor's conference, global president Satoru Iwata revealed Nintendo's
plans to offer consumers the option to purchase content in the digital format instead of the boxed
form on the same day. Nintendo plans on having this option available from the launch of the Wii U,
but is currently only slated for first-party software at the moment.

The 3DS is also planned to have this feature implemented sometime in August with the launch of
Super Mario Bros. 2. Which do you guys prefer? To have the disc in hand, or the ease of just downloading
the game onto your console?

True, it does have some good games, zelda, mario, but it seems there just isn't enough there. It does not matter if they cater to the hardcore, I would like to see more of what made Nintendo great, not just these blasted carnival games. I love Nintendo, but feel a bit put off do to its selection of games.
