Theres is one actually. The car's that you will see are these in The Ballad of Gay Tonyfrom Grand Theft Auto IV. Wich mean you will play in GTA IVwith some TBoGT car

Cars remplacement:
Cognoscenti with Super Diamond
A beater car with Tampa
There other car's but I dont remember with what they are remplaced.

Also the car will be remplaced but not the handling <- I think

Do to this simply remplace the GTA IV vehicle.img with TBoGT vehicle.img [Drag the TBoGT vehicle.img into GTA IV .img folder]
