This Was Done Using a Game Genie In Advance Mode
The Highlighted Number and Dot is what you need to Change.

if your slots are 27 The HEX number will be 1B on your save. I changed it to 7F to have 127 Slots

Unlike Using HxD hex editor you open the save and its encrypted and unmoddable lol

Looking at some videos about it, it's basically a usb flash drive with the installer on it. I would pay for the software itself but other than that it's just a flash drive. I heard someone is looking at the algorithm of the save encryption and is going to release a program...as to when? Your guess is as good as mine.
