Since lots of information is given by NGU, we decided to write a little application to use with it.
We never had the intension to make an hybrid only tool, so we needed to organize some structure.
But PD tries to make it difficult for us, but we all united can BEAT them!
And it is finally there, in all it's glory, 1.6, 2.14 patch proof!
You can:
Change A-spec/B-spec level
Upgrade/downgrade Credits
Move gamedays (in case you search for a specific car from the UCD)
Gold Licenses
Gold Special events (good to do Vettel, as DS3 player)
Gold A-spec/B-spec events
Change current car to NCD/OCD
Disconnect your borrowed car
Enable/Disable special menu
Globally prevent resetting of your 2.11 hybrids
Reset OCD and UCD
Modify Race Number and font type (for self-created RM/Stealth cars)
And of course do an big amount of things to your car to hybrid it!

For now, this is it! If major bugs come up, we will fix it...hopefully.
Coding has been re-structured and flaws in the car's database has been solved (not all).
Bugs (real ones) have been solved, stolen sources will be detected as we can simulate the bugs!

- Possible Solutions for your problem -
- Download You must login or register to view this content.
- Manually save GT5 in-game before using the tool (Red button in GT Life)
- Skip spaces in the directory structure to your savegame
- Start the tool by clicking the .exe (no shortcut)
- If you move an save from account x to account y. A single restart of GT5 will not solve your PSN issue.
- In case you wonder if anything else gets installed, read the thread. Most has been spoken about
- In case you don't know what something means (Bruteforce, resigning save etc) use the search function on NGU.
- PM's with questions that are not my tool related will be ignored
- PM's with requests to build in things without supplying the correct info to do so, will be ignored.

Thank you for offering help, I might take you up on that, but if there is a way to do it from this tool, it would be my favorite option and maybe some other like me.

Just trying to figure out what gives you trouble. Entering the correct paint value will paint car and rims at once.
Just make sure the car paint is an even number. And dividing that by 2 will give the rim color value.
So if you got a car color of 00444 fff you could paint the rims the same color by entering 444/2 = 222 so 00444 222 would paint car and rims the same color. If the car paint is odd say 00445 fff you would need to subtract 1 or else painting the rims won't work.
If you paint the car you are driving, it won't work straight away. You might need to refresh the car thumbnail, and switch between premium/standard cars. Than refresh car thumb again. After this the car will have the correct color in gt5.
Maybe you could post the values you are trying to enter. If something is wrong i am sure i'll spot it.

I did not know about that, I thought it was like the other transformations or when you paint from the menu, the result can be seen as soon as you go straight back to GT-Auto. Why would this be different?
My experience is that Thumbnail always have to be refresh, even if the car is ok in the GT-Auto.
In any case none of my rim have eventually changed by them self to the color I was trying to get so far.
Thank you for your help, I have no doubt we will get to the bottom of this.
Or I will learn Hex-Editor.LOL

Alright I'm having an issue with the latest version (1.5). For some reason the program suddenly refuses to load my GT5 save, with a message saying "An error occured while decrypting. Please restore and run a backup (.bak)". Any fixes to this? I just downgraded back to 2.11, and want to engine swap a bunch of cars.

i suggest you start up GT5, save, copy to USB and you should be able to mod again
