NO that is NOT enough to do a break in, you will not be able to get it done like that, trust me, your missing a required piece of the puzzle to make it work, editing the 2 fields you can a million times will not do it. Your Engine Refresh field MUST be 000000C8 its not hard for you to test, just grab a car manually input 000000C8 into the engine refresh field and you will see your engine get break in power

it will not work otherwise....
A new car you buy (Not from OCD) will have FB6C2000 in the engine field & This code will change to 000000C8 after you have driven the required miles, however it will NOT recognize if you HEX in the amount of miles without driving them So you have to hex the FB62000 code to read 000000C8 only then will the millage break in the car. Quite literally you can Hex 10,000miles on the ODO and it will not be broken in until the engine refresh field is changed to 000000C8 or you drive 300miles as actually driving the required miles will get the job done, so if you hexed in 10,000miles, it will be broken in at 10,300miles...
Since you have Hexed on 300miles, and given yourself fresh oil either you add 00000C8 to your engine field or you drive them to 600miles...
