NO that is NOT enough to do a break in, you will not be able to get it done like that, trust me, your missing a required piece of the puzzle to make it work, editing the 2 fields you can a million times will not do it. Your Engine Refresh field MUST be 000000C8 its not hard for you to test, just grab a car manually input 000000C8 into the engine refresh field and you will see your engine get break in power Winky Winky it will not work otherwise....

A new car you buy (Not from OCD) will have FB6C2000 in the engine field & This code will change to 000000C8 after you have driven the required miles, however it will NOT recognize if you HEX in the amount of miles without driving them So you have to hex the FB62000 code to read 000000C8 only then will the millage break in the car. Quite literally you can Hex 10,000miles on the ODO and it will not be broken in until the engine refresh field is changed to 000000C8 or you drive 300miles as actually driving the required miles will get the job done, so if you hexed in 10,000miles, it will be broken in at 10,300miles...

Since you have Hexed on 300miles, and given yourself fresh oil either you add 00000C8 to your engine field or you drive them to 600miles...

Nice!

Lets just hope the engine refresh field and maybe even the field to OCD convert is made available on the next update (and the wash for the ODO goes to only 0's lol) So we can do every car one shot.

Im also glad you wont have to needlessly test this aspect anymore Happy we got it figured out quite nicely Smile

I noticed a few glitches in the tool for oil and ODO, its not getting the field for the code correct and it doesn't input correct data all the time.

I made an error and modded the hp on all my cars to 927c000 whoops, no big deal, just put them all back to 00000064, but when I did this it changed them all to 64000064 what? I loaded a back up, all good, but thats not right. and when I went to wash the ODO to 0000 00000000 it instead put everything to 0000 000000FF.

It seems to be off by a 1 byte for the ODO and well off for the hp modifier no big deal if you glitch the HP but if you want to fix it, it don't work right.

The ODO is 6 bytes (2 hex digits being 1 byte) the rest are 4 (oil, engine refresh, chassis refresh, car wash)

I have the exact locations, but Im sure Slim 'N q-k allredy have them too lol

When I use your editor, the nationality of the cars becomes "HYBRID".
I want to manually edit this detail and write the exact nationality.
This new option can be added?
Thank you for your attention! I'm sorry, my english is horrible.

Is there any chance to make a Hybrid creator working on 2.12 like it did with 2.11? Is this possible or not?

update 2.11; cardata was loaded from savedata, modding savedata possible.
update 2.12; cardata is loaded from gamedata, modding gamedata not possible.
you can't copy your gamedata on to a USB-key to be able to mod it.
