I have a neat little trick I thought I would share.I was trying to figure out a way to do this in the editor without HxD for a friend, and once I figured it out it was like a facepalm moment, why havent I been doing this all along it makes things so easy.
Please excuse me if this has been covered or if its common knowledge I find it very helpful.
Okay the nitty gritty
Lets say you swap a LS7 in a car like the Miata, and you want to use performance parts for the engine that are for the LS7 and not the miata. Yeah most of the time you can get more power from using the purchaseable parts after a swap, but many of us like to be as authentic as we can and this is a good way to do this. Also this give you the ability to quickly add an adjustable tranny and lsd from the LS7 not the miata.
Buy a Miata, swap in the engine that you want, in our example it a LS7 from the C6, personally I like to swap the drivetrain & gearbox with the engine even if the car its going in is the same layout & a 6spd option. At the same time swap the C6 body on. Dont worry its only temporary. Load the game up, go shopping, all the parts you buy will be for the C6, carbon shaft, adjustable tranny, clutch exhaust etc. when your done, save the game and in the editor swap back on the Miata body and load the game, do the usual GTAuto rims or paint, then go get the suspension upgrade for the miata. Now you have the miata suspension and all the performance parts you want from the LS7 for the LS7.
You can also use this trick to take a Turbo from one car or a supercharger. Lets say you want the supercharger from the C6, load the body of the C6 on the car you want to add the SC to, then with the C6 body on go buy the SC, exit and load back on the original body.
Or load the body of a GTR and choose a Low, Med, or High Turbo with a preview of how it will impact performance

Is there a specific range that ride height must be put in and a specific format? Any help is appreciated and a video link explaining it would be even better! And I realize I can't do it on the new update so I just left the game in its original version. Is the fact that the version is original going to be a problem or must I update to 2.11? Thanks!
In the editor, hit the "Riding Car" Tab then on the right hand side the first option should be "Tune Sheet" click on that and a tuning menu will open up, you can adjust camber there. Sometimes the value needs to be adjusted much more then you would think for the change to be noticed.
I slammed a Silvia for a friend and hit the lowest setting of -20/-20 with a 110/110, didnt get the slam I wanted until 35/42.
If you want to see if the settings changes are taking effect, use 0 for ride height
To make the wheels pop out they use the chassis from a LMP car like the R10 or a "Race" version of the car that has a wide body, on the car its sourced from they ook fine, but use the chassis of a car with a widebody stance on a non widebody version and the wheels pop out the sides, often high camber is used to tuck in the top of the wheels.
Its better to update to a higher version. I think a few are on 1.04 (in that area) because they can still swap tires with chassis but most prefer 2.11 where the physics are at a great place and not weird and quirky as they were before many update fixes. Also we can use our DLC and all features of hybriding except the tire swaps.
