decrypt all files, CTRL + F, type current name of car (in your file; the cars arround the car you want to rename should be same as in your garage), once you find you car type the name you want but don't pas 0E!!!!
notice; you will see the name twice, you need to change second name...

Im not gonna believe until i see a live evidence on this issue... most ppl trolling with photoshop skills lol how sad! Ive never seen a Z28 RM wide tires on a different car and i play everyday

Look at the picture in page 2 of this thread, he has RM wheels on a Non-RM camaro.. photoshop? Its possible

Yea its probably PS edited cus the car is entirely blurred lol hes just covering up his bad pen tool work Smile

I still believe the tires are coded together with the body ingame programming and cannot be changed via HeX
