(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); The suits and helmets are saved like this:
(Your driver is saved around 000EB20, look for the name of the other drivers to find their helmets and suits)

0F 0E 00 XX XX XX XX 00 60

Markers

(Sometimes 0C,0E,00,XX,XX,XX,XX,00,60 or 12,0E,00,XX,XX,XX,XX,00,60 )

XX XX XX XX in bits is this: 0000 0000 0000 0000 0000 0000 0000 0000
To know its meaning : 0 00000000 00000000 000000 000000 000

It is build up like this:

[1 bit unsure]+[8 bits #helmet]+[8 bits #suit]+[6 bits type of helmet]+[6 bits type of suit]+[3 bits type of complete costume]

(last 3 bits are listed as this because i saw some values from dlc suits. Will check later)
The last 3 bits won't help against crashing when selecting some suits/helmets. Tried 000-111 for vettel, but no luck.

Horizon helmet = 15 = F (1111)
Double stripe suit= 14 = E (1110)

So a horizon 3 (0011) helmet and a double stripe suit 22 (10110) would be :

0 00000011 (= 3) 00010110 (= 22) 001111 (= Horizon) 001110 (= DoubleStripe) 000

Giving a hex value of: 01,8B,1E,70 to enter between the markers.

0F 0E 00 01 8B 1E 70 00 60

Using 11111111 as a value will get them to the suit or helmet name without an aditional number.
Thanks to YaaaaYO for this last info. :y:

110111 GT Academy 2012 suit and helmet
100111 Jeff Gordon 2010 (enter for suit and helmet)
000111 Beginner Suit or Helmet
000110 S.Vettel Suit or Head/Helmet will crash the game when you try to change the outfit.
000001 Suit of the pitcrew. Use 00 to let it change according to the car you are driving. #11111111 works good in photo mode. Helmet is invisible, until you drive. With 00 again manufacturers colors.

To look for a specific color use this as reference:

Do *NOT* replace any DLC suit or helmet on a driver. You could loose them like this. Better toy with a disposable set of gear!

Otherwise just like that Smile

Also by making D/E to F makes new combos Smile (Not All work but mostly, yeah).

Not sure what you mean by "delete the driver, I'm the driver

Sweeeet gonna mess with the switch to F to D/E later tonight and see what I get lol

He means your b-spec driver. Just retire him which opens the slot. Create a new b-spec driver and when you do he will automaticaly be equipped with the beginner suit/helmet. Then that's the suit you can write over.

Exactly as said above Smile

If he modifies the one he got from the driver after he modified his suit, then yes.

If he modified this in his picture:You must login or register to view this content.

This one looks like his legit one and untradeable.

Yeah I built them sourcing the code from Legit DLC (I legitimately own all DLC except Edge Camaro, GameStop NASCAR, Stealth Models & Chrome Line) Including Paint & Obviously Racing Gear, the 2 suits I built for each DLC suit combo I built off fugly regular suits, they got used one for the suit and one for the helmet BUt before I split them the 2 built suits were tradeable and showed up in the Special suits folder as a separate suit. The more I built they just keeps adding to the number of built suits of that type while my legit DLC suit of the same driver would have its own thumbnail.

They were easy to find as I built 2 at a time, I just looked for the driver name to appear twice in a row lol I had to skip over my legit DLC & My edited driver names to get to the built suits

Once I knew what coding Raz was talking about the split takes less than 30 sec to do while at the same time loading a new suit to build. Its just the loading and shutting of the game that takes long.

That one seems like to be tradeable Smile

Also the 71 00 before the name is the code for the Tony Stewart Suit. And by looking at the picture:

Jeff Gordon is 73 00
Dale Earnhardt Jr is 70 00
etc...

Not tradable for me at least as Im sticking to 2.11 for the rest of my GT5 life until I get GT6 maybe a year or 2 after release when it should be working or closer to complete.

Nice, you certainly know your GT5 save game file Razerman much thanks for all the help.

Im a computer dummy, didnt get online until 2001 and I was 22 at the time, grinding the streets on a hustle kept me in the e-web dark lol its only GT4 that got me into Hex with Code Breaker and I hadn't a clue really at the time what I was doing, I actually cracked GTPSP quite nicely and with a buddy found many of the hybridding tricks and codes used on that release. Now in GT5 Im getting better at hex still dont really know what I doing just know enough to get by lol The way you have the shit figured out in binary is crazy, I look at binary trying to see a pattern and my eyes hurt lol

Computer class for me was 30min of typing seemingly random shit on the old brown box, and at the end when you hit enter if you entered it all in right the little green turtle would make a pattern on the screen, and thats about it.

if you use a sendable helmet or suit as donor on your B-specdrivers to change it to a DLC suit or helmet, the one that you created becomes sendable to. all suit and helmets on my pics can be sended. Winky Winky i even deleted all DLC gear that i bought.
