Naturally aspirated engine has *one* meaning it means an engine without forced induction.

You can make up your own definition about what you think it should define, but other than being wrong it won't get you any where.
I think Xaosman means tuning the normally available engine in the car to a level that engine (family) has in another car. So a sort of restricted engine-swap. But this has nothing to do with a NA or naturally aspirated engine.
Secondly i really liked and like the options we have to adjust the cars in GT5. I am keeping my game on 2.11 with two accounts filled with cars. And will get an other region gt5 disc to update to 2.12 and play online with the normal available cars. The problem with the modding is that it is perfectly acceptable in your offline game, and when used among friends in rooms were everybody is just around to have fun.
It gets different on any online organized event. As you can't be sure everybody is playing fair.
For pd it would require to much time and therefore money to monitor all misbehavior they either could block all modding, or do nothing at all. This is looking like their first attempt to block all modifications.
They are not blocking all options yet, but i think in time they will. They only need an account here and check the latest topics that scream into stardom.
If they are very nice to us, they will have the blocking of mods check if you are online or not. And by remaining offline they could set free all parts. But i am not sure they are that nice to us.
So i think the modding was great for as long as it lasted. And people now can choose to either go online and play by the rules, or go offline with 2.11 and enjoy all the new tools they got for this long running game.
