now i know this is a stupid question but do you think we can rehack our cars again with garage editor or hybrid builder or hxd buteforce after patch cause starting them all over is not a problem for me at all

I had my doubts that PD would patch such mods, but yes,..

It's just an opinion, but since I had lost my interest in GT5,
This update (haven't updated yet) will definitely bring me back to it,
I do honesty believe that it was a good thing, now, Online will be less aggressive.
Never raced online since hybriding started, only with friend using Standart cars..

As far as mods concerned, those that really need hacked cars or likes them that much, Keep it offline I suppose.

So my answer to the topic would be, PD isn't making a big mistake after all...

I won't lie I had my fun with hybrids yet I think we showed PD what we really want and hopefully they will try to add more personalizing in their upcoming games.
It sure was fun but everything good has to end at some point

Hybrids don't have to end... Just don't update it and its all ok. I never really played online much with my cars but its a shame i cant go into priv lobby's with any of my buddies anymore and show off our cars... kudos to the toddlers for ruining it all for us :/

This may be a way around it if you absolutely need to play online....

For me, I still have a back up from the last time I modded a car, could i possibly revert back to this file for my own fun and then update to use online. And then use the backup again to use 2.11 again to mod? just an idea.

If the next update takes the money hack off, I'll probably be going back to 2.11.

Time to load up my original game save before any hybrids, rehash and rename the account and play online on my 2nd PS3. My Primary one will forever harbor my marvelous creations. So on that note it was fun while it lasted, yet who know what the future could bring, for all we know there could be another way around it. "If there's a will, there's a way."
