I have the exact same problem as Z.Supra. I can drive my existing TC cars but cannot purchase TC cars from racing pack 2 or 3 from the dealer even though I bought the dlc a while back. :mad:

I went to the store and downloaded them again and even tried from the download history screen from the ps3 xmb with no luck. All other dlc works except for those two. for some reason they will not re-install.

did you downgrade to update 2.11? to downgrade you had to delete your gamedata so the DLC valid keys are deleted.

if you did downgrade; just go playstationstore, on your left "vieuw downloads" and you can reinstall the DLC's

Yes i accidentally installed 2.12. So I deleted gamedata and reinsatalled back up to 2.11 and went to the store and downloaded all dlc.
When I went into the game all dlc worked except for racing car pack 2 and 3. Not sure why those two wont work but all other dlc works. This sucks as those two are my favorite with the tc cars and such.

did you retry to install pack 2 and 3?
you also need to install updates again.
theyre are 22 updates in total, when the game start to downlod update 22, press 0 to cancel download.

Yes, did all that over and over and it is still not working. I have tried 5 times now with no luck.

and start your game, save and restart?

Not sure if I did exactly that, will try it though.

Why would all other dlc work after downloading if I did not do that?

I just finished downgrading today and I have to say, I don't really miss the online part as much as I thought I would. But I really wanted the wider tracks and better stance for my cars because it really looks that much better. So for me there was no debating on whether to downgrade, although to anyone who decides to do it: Plan enough time for it. Depending on what kind of connection you have this might take hours, if not days. In my case I took about an hour and a half (25k, wired). Unless you reeeeaaaally want to play online, there is no point in installing the 2.12 update. With all the hybrids I can create, the game has basically endless replay value to me, or at least until GTA V and GT6 come out. Then there will be no more life for me, I'll be tied to my PS3 day and night haha

Was just online with update 2.12 and was bored out of my mind...back to the boring old car setups and speeds that I have used since release date when I bought it. I want my hybrids back!:cry: 2.11 for sure.
