I had never updated the game to 2.12, but after the first time going offline I found the DLC tracks (Spa) missing. How is this even possible? *lol
Shall I reinstall the DLC again?

Unfortunately you have to delete your GT5 Game Data Utility. Make sure you have a backup save from V2.11 or earlier that has hybrids on it.
Now you'll need to reinstall GT5 and all of it's updates except for V2.12. Around an hour later, you should be finished.
However there are two downsides to this: Obviously you can't play online anymore, and also you can't use your frickin DLC that you paid hard-earned money for. Thanks to PD's sh*t-head idea of making DLC installation a seperate menu instead of immediately installing it onto your game, you need to sign in to PSN to install the DLC. Why is this such a major problem? Because you get the message to update to V2.12. You decline it, you get signed back out. Your DLC is lost forever.

ive deleted the game data, then when i start the game it ask me to update to 2.12 , do i press cancel at a certain point to downgrade to 2.11 ??

if you didn't update, the track should still be theyre. you can go to PSN store and try to install DLC again.

Can’t trickshot me!
I'm downgrading next week when summer break starts. Online has gotten boring and everyone who doesn't mod is convinced we all use them to cheat and win races (Even though I don't even race with mine). Plus I've been playing GT3 again, and if any of you know how huge of a difference the driving physics are between these two games, It's kinda hard to not go online and look like one of the noob hacked car drivers lol. This is temporary though. I'll probably get bored of offline within a week or two haha.

Well, I've just had to download a small 100 kb track update from the psn and that's it - in case smb discovers the same issue.
What's more interesting is if there's any way to recover shared cars? Perhaps take them off sharing somehow?

Never left 2.11, whats the point of 2.12 & 2.13? loose hybrids for gay ass GT online? You must be kidding, it was a no-brainer

I just can't get DLC work in after deleting gamedata and updating back to 2.11.
How you can get dlc work?
I tried to download and install them from ps store, but they don't appear in-game.
And if i try to press that "DLC" button on start menu, it wants me to login to PSN..

Edit : Do i have to first update to 2.14 and download dlc, backup save and after it downgrade back to 2.11?
