Also you NEED to be on or below the 2.11 update to use this save. It has MANY Hybrids so if you use it with a console with the 2.14 update the Hybrids will be reset to the original values it had when it was stock...

Sorry, but you tried and won't work ? I don"t think so.
In my country the service PS Store is not available , so cannot buy anything if I have no access. because of this I have nothing from DLC.
But now with this save (many thanks to bl00m) I have it. Only thinks that not working are few cars, but tracks like SSRX, Spa and all kart works fine.
I think it would be better to post before and after doing some tests and draw conclusions. Just my opinion. I do not want to offend anyone.

Ok guys Its a new week and I am thinking about updating the save further... I have made more hybrids and I have over 1100 cars now. I just have to put in the effort to do a little bit more 
Also I used up some of the gift tickets and I deleted most of them in this update since its really just for show having 500+ gift tickets xD

a friend of mine has the same problem with my save. my BCES... is not the same as his. didn't have the time yet to look in to that. i think a simple solution should be to compare your BCES... with Bloom's BCES... to see if theyre is a differens. if so; just copy the files in the BCES... folder from Bloom to your BCES... folder.
i hope your understand what i mean...
