Also you NEED to be on or below the 2.11 update to use this save. It has MANY Hybrids so if you use it with a console with the 2.14 update the Hybrids will be reset to the original values it had when it was stock...

Not sure mate, I have NEVER been on 2.14, always on 2.11... So I have never tried this trick :/ You can if you want, PM me the results, and I will update my original post with your findings

I put the Stealth cars, that didnt want to work anymore, because of not finding their download licence, onto a standard car, and there i havent had a problem using them yet, even with the latest update. The only cars I had to do this with was the GT500 GTR Stealth and the SLS AMG Stealth, the other cars all work fine in Premium cars. Mazda 787B Stealth might just be THE best car in the game, its much better than the normal 787. I used hex to change all the codes in the cars datafields to those of the Stealth cars, so not sure if it will work if you just change the parts the 'garage editors' gives you the option to change.

thats what luca posted... I've tried doing it. .. would I have to change ur usernane from digmacdiggydog to my username? Either way I do it says chirped data. ..

You need to re-sign the save in order for it to work. There are lots of tuts on here that would help!

just figured out that i must be in a different region... ur save is bcu mine is bce? my mate can confirm that your save works on 2.14 after editing with luca's tool...

id guess that maybe some aspects/mods may have been reset but only you'd be able to compare that... he says there are some crazy mother cars in that save

Rename the directory from BCUS98114-GAME to BCES00569-GAME.
Next open the SFO file with any HEX editor and change again BCUS98114-GAME to BCES00569-GAME.

Save the file and your region has now been changed!

i couldnt get it to work. i edited the param sfo file in hxd from bcus to bces. edited param again in bruteforce using the param editor but still get the error of loading a different user. would it be asking too much if i post my file up and if someone could pm the steps to take. 1st time trying to do this kinda stuff.

Anyway, im in the prosess of updating the save right now. I have fixed up some more hybrids now painted with the 5727cc paint! More to come as usual. I am busy now that I have started school, so it might take a little bit of time, but its worth it!

Best way is to resign it to your acct/system id and then be fine. Search for game save resigning and do that as i did this and works 100% after do it:vince:
