Post: How To Add Turbo(s) after 2.12 using Garage Editor or HxD
05-27-2013, 08:05 AM #1
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey guys before you say anything I have searched but I cant seem to find a definite answer to this question. I'm trying to add a turbo to hackable vehicles as a method to up the HP/TQ instead of the FFFFFFF at the turbo on garage editor. I ran with some guys running UGR Lambos with added turbo. One guy bragging how he had a turbo gauge and twin turbo set up, but they all claimed they were running a turbo said they were about at 1700HP. If you could let me know or lead in the right direction it would be greatly greatly appreciated. Is it as easy as swapping turbo codes from 1 car and putting them to a lambo or another vehicle or is it a little more complicated?.

That worked, kind of. It increased the HP significantly to where its over 1000 now, BUT on the HP and Torque graph there is a huge downward spike in the middle, and while you drive when each gear hits that spike you lose all power, in 5th gear it rests in the middle of the gear at 206 mph. Anyway to get rid of the downward spike?

Update: It was only the Volkswagen Bus that was messing up Happy
adding the 00000000 to 306_309 works Happy so if anyone else is in my situation where just adding FFFFFFFF to Turbo doesn't work add 00000000 to 306_309 Happy If it seems like only a little HP was added go to the tuning shop and by a Performance Enhancing Part and the HP will shoot up to over 1000 Happy

When you mod cars with garage editor don't click on tune sheet because it will permanently remove your standard lsd, and on most cars the lsd has a huge impact on hp once they are modded. I've been using bruteforce and hex editor for most of my cars, my sambabus has around 10,000 hp.

There we go haha, thanks so much, I am pretty sure when I was tinkering around the day before yesterday trying to get the bus to work I clicked on the tunesheet ha, So now I will buy a new bus and do the same mods to it and see what happens.

you have to have the car you want to mod selected from inside the game?
