I'm trying to add a turbo to hackable vehicles as a method to up the HP/TQ instead of the FFFFFFF at the turbo on garage editor. I ran with some guys running UGR Lambos with added turbo. One guy bragging how he had a turbo gauge and twin turbo set up, but they all claimed they were running a turbo said they were about at 1700HP. If you could let me know or lead in the right direction it would be greatly greatly appreciated. Is it as easy as swapping turbo codes from 1 car and putting them to a lambo or another vehicle or is it a little more complicated?.

Try fully modifying a car then FF the turbo, you will get less hp, it varies a lot though most cars will gain 100-600hp. My mustang GT went up to 1,200 hp doing it this way.

When you do it this way the powerband stays completely normal.

In Garage Editor I input FFFFFFFF on the turbo in my fully modified Aventador which is an N/A V12 I got 1239hp max and my torque was only about 659 ft lbs I also had standard exhaust the V12 now revs to the moon. When I fully modify other vehicles like the Viper ACR and RS6 V10 and enter FFFFFFFF at the turbo noting happens for some reason should I try doing a turbo swap with these vehicles in Hxd or Garage Editor? Also can I install stage 4 and stage 5 turbochargers on some vehicles with Garage Editor using hidden menu or gifts? Thank you

you can add hidden parts to your save with Slim's tool.

So to put a turbo on a n/a car or supercharged car you do it in hex or garage editor? and stage 4 , 5 turbo only work on like 5 cars for me.

don't know yet but i will look in to that. not sure if it's gonna work. keep you updated.

On Garage Editor do you go to Items-Turbo kits-Ultra High Turbo then add item to install the stage 4 and 5 turbos? Also are there stage 4 and 5 turbo codes so I could enter them in HxD, I know the offset for the turbo and superchargers.
