It will allow you edit mostly every single stat, character, etc...
It has a option to edit how many skill points, your money, masks, and everything inside the treeview is all editable, meaning this save is completely mapped out.
It was one of the hardest to make for sure, but it has finally paid off, now here are some pictures of how the editor looks like:

As you can see all those are the options to edit.
I have spent lots of time on this editor and if you would like to donate I would really appreciate it.
The MD5 hash at the bottom of the save was really difficult :p
I would like to thank TheUnexpected for pointing out a obvious bug I was having a difficult time on :p
YOU NEED .NET FRAMEWORK 4.5!
The app just detections because it has been packed to prevent decompilation

Me too. If I could get the original program I could fix a save file and reinstall the patch, but when I try it now it says 'this is an unexpected version'. I either need a file that'll work with the latest patch or the original file that works on base game info and I'll add the patch after I upgrade my stats.

It's still not working for me. Can anyone help? When I try and use the newest version of the file, it says that the version isn't compatiable with the patch when I load it on my PS3. I tried deleting my Payday2 data, and then the editor says 'this is an unexpected version' when I try to load my data into it. I need either a editor that works with the most recent patch or the original editor that'll work for the basic payday 2 game before upgrading.
