It is about time this thingy came to life! We all know the OCD is buggy due to bad coding of PD!
So, here is your ultimate solution......
There are 3 things you can do with this tool.
1) You can reset the current UCD/OCD "bought" status. (greyed out will be gone)
2) You can set the UCD/OCD to be permanent available (it will never ever be greyed out)
3) You can restore the UCD/OCD in its original state (non-permanent status)

It worked on our tests, but always make sure to make a regular backup
This feature will also be integrated in the new GT5 Editor and Hybrid creator.

In my experience of playing this game since release day and almost every day since I have never experienced any issues or 'bugs' as you claim 'we all know'. I will say that I cannot 100% guarantee that it's not free of issues for some people but with the trend of corrupting files etc on the PS3 I will say that it works as intended on my console plus at least 50 of my friends both online and in my local town thus should on everyone elses. I don't think it's fair for you to claim it's buggy in effect demeaning PD's capabilities(you actually feel you have a right to knock their work when compared to yours?) when they are the ones who have produced such a quality(like I said, when there is no human error) piece of software that it prompted you to want to enjoy it at all.
I think you have done a great job making these shortcut apps for people not willing or incapable of learning methods for themselves but i feel you have no right to put down PDs' hard work that is far and beyond anything you're capable of.

If you buy first car on OCD(Both columns have same affect). The last car on same column will go grey too. I don't know is it bug or is it coded there on purpose like that but that's how it is (Both cars have same code).

I have only had issues with UCD after I have modified gamedays, I don't know if there is problems with UCD if you haven't modified your save but gameday modding can make your UCD messed up.
But with OCD there is that problem if you buy first or last car, it will make the other car unavailable too.
There is 2x2cars with same code which makes it like that(2 cars with same and 2 different pairs).
