OMG is there anyway you could please make this for BCUS? Or let me know where exactly your putting them long ass offsets... do you use something like this? byte[] OFF = new byte[] { 0x38, 0xC0, 0xFF, 0xFF };
PS3.SetMemory(0x131144, OFF);

And would all the offsets be different per region? I dont think they every are... i just need to know where exactly you put these long ass things lol... i have ever only used small bytes and offsets in my call of duty small RTM's im just learning

Possibly make an EBOOT instead with God Mode only? Then use tool for everything else? Never know if you give it a try,

I get a "Not connect" error, tried switching the CCAPI.dll and using a dif PS3LIb and only a PS3Lib still nothing, my Console Manager connects just fine im on CEX CCAPI 2.50 Please reply someone

You don't replace CCAPI.dll with PS3Lib.dll, you keep them both in the same folder with the tool. In other words, create a folder, place the ps3lib.dll and ccapi.dll (2.50) along with the tool in the folder you created!
