(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); OK so I was making a tool for GT6. I had a method to do money without having to race and also raise the limit but I lost my notes so while I was looking for that again I got side tracked when I found out how to build hybrids. I put a Schwimmwagon turbo in a RX8 to boost the HP to 856 HP and got 2598 HP in a Veyron with it.
Anyway I used to have an Excel sheet with all the part values for GT5 but can't find that either. If anyone knows where that list is posted can you link it to me, it might help me release the tool faster if the parts match up.

I have tried the power limiter and boosting nitro past !00% but it seems to be capped there. All testing is being done in online lobbies because I am not very far in the career and can't take these cars on those tracks.
I have the X1 on top as I was trying to get the handling out of it to put in my RX8.

I also have the transmission gears all worked out, along with what I think are hidden super soft racing tires.

So if you have a link to that list it might help me out, other wise I'll have to continue reversing all the parts out.

I look forward to getting to use engine/sound swaps in GT6. First chance I get, I'm replacing some tuned Honda with the Rebull Junior's engine/sound. Will be nice to make V8's sound like V8's as well like we were able to in GT5.

Thanks to all who are looking into this, I would try myself if I knew how.

I was just talking to a GTAcademy friend the other day, we both said we were putting the junior motor into a couple cars just for that damn sound!

plz dont do a save editor do it for cfw users only that way it wont be patched as fast

Keep it on the down low, and we won't need to worry about 12 year old abusing it.

Ok that's just retarded think if you do only cfw it won't get patched so soon.

There need just on damn stupid who ruins one seasonal TT leaderboard and PD knows what to patch.
And trust me you find on first TT full leaderboard of cheaters when first tool is released and it doesn't matter is it only cfw or ofw.
Just hack shit out of that game and let pd patch everything so online doesn't affect.

Yes peoples are stupid..all.

Great point... just release it... don't keep it to the people who are on jailbroken/hacked PS3's. That wouldn't be fair. They are gonna find out like you said, once someone tops the Seasonal leaderboard with a hacked car.

I'm getting lots of personal messages about this so I will give a status update and my current plans here.

Considering I didn't even look for the data until about an hour or two before I originally posted I have found quite a bit. Which is also why I changed how the tool will work so the GT6 community can help document all the stuff. Smile

For all those asking for offsets: I currently stopped working on the 'garage editor' but I did find enough about the way it works that some one will be able to continue. The reason I stopped is the way the garage is and the way your current car is is stored differently. Once I am done I will post the info (offsets included) publicly and help anyone that wants help to do that project.

As for helping finding offsets: When I look at my monitor I see the entire set-up of the current car. Most of the data I have worked out what it does (list to follow)

Help in general: The tool I am going to release will allow you to load a donor car, then load a recipient car and place the parts of your choosing on it. While doing this you will see the part codes, enter custom codes and store your favourite codes. Once this is out we can all start making a parts list to go into another more 'polished' app.

Here's what I got so far
Editable Stats:
Races Entered
Races Won
Current Credits
Total credits
Total cost of tuning
Total driving time

Unlock car parts:
This is just one big bitmap that I should be able to FF, Haven't tried but 95% positive it will work.

Swappable/editable parts and adjustments
Default original colours (ie; the colour choice you make when buying a car, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc)
Rims (front and rear,, no I have not tried mixing them but they are stored separately)
Chassis
Sports Computer
Exhaust
Supercharger
Intake tuning
Tranny and gears
Downforce (F&R)
Turbo swaps!
Turbo controller (I think its for the sound not sure)
NOS kit
NOS Boost %
Power Limiter
Body paint colour
Rim paint Colour
Tires
Weight reduction stuff
Engine tuning stage codes
All the suspension stuff ( see it but still need to sort through it, easy stuff though )
Body Code (all default parts follow this code, engines are all default, as soon as I find one that is not they will all be mine Dancing )
More stuff by the time you read this.

So if you noticed Engine code is not there. I am pretty sure I know where to put them I just need to find some working values, so that shouldn't be much longer.

As for the rest: At this point it is not hard to get the rest of the car structure, just time.

The money tool: I found this before, but is is a little more complex. The end of race trick is very patchable, I am surprised they have not patched it yet seeing the code to do so is already there; they just don't call it. I may wait until they patch that before I do the other one since it does not use any of the public offsets.
