Anyway I used to have an Excel sheet with all the part values for GT5 but can't find that either. If anyone knows where that list is posted can you link it to me, it might help me release the tool faster if the parts match up.

I have tried the power limiter and boosting nitro past !00% but it seems to be capped there. All testing is being done in online lobbies because I am not very far in the career and can't take these cars on those tracks.
I have the X1 on top as I was trying to get the handling out of it to put in my RX8.
I also have the transmission gears all worked out, along with what I think are hidden super soft racing tires.
So if you have a link to that list it might help me out, other wise I'll have to continue reversing all the parts out.

Yes it would be possible. I probably will not be the one to create the tool (maybe) but what I will be release will be of great help to those that do take on that project. I will also be post the garage offsets and some of the information I discovered before changing to current car editing.
But if you resign the save, make changes, then resign it back you will be able to transfer hybrid cars to OFW consoles.
