No worries, it was in one of those threads. I was was just confirming that it is in there. It is not usable in the same way that DLC isn't. To unlock it would most likely be the same as unlocking DLC you don't own. An area I have not looked into doing.

No it doesn't have same unlocking.
I have changed even Daihatsu Mira DLC car, I can't use it anymore since it tells I have no rights to use it and I need download it again Lol

Are you sure? Try this. Buy a car, any car, and change the body type to a car that tells you you need to download it again. PS3 will freeze just the same as for the BMW Vision, there is no difference. The reason you see the message you are seeing is because it was added to your garage before the DLC is removed from your PS3. The game will not let you enter the car and pops up the message. When you swap the body code you are in the car already and the game freezes. It is the same method.

No..I didn't do any body or part swaps.
But that's enought for that now
