No, not yet atleast and maybe not ever. Regardless just try enjoying the game the way it was suppose to be played for a little bit before you go out and try to kill it.

I know, but I'm not that kind of person to create 10,000 hp cars, I like the more reilistic kind of modding like just an extra couple extra hp and slamming cars

The only thing that "Kills" games is when OFW users start "modding" (if you can even call it that) then EVERYONE will be doing it. Like MW2 for example, for a while it was really bad when CFW first came out. Then they patched everything then people with CFW could mod MW2 still. now NO CFW modder plays MW2 anymore its pointless cuz all the CFG ***s will say they have a jailbreak and you dont.

Modding will kill any game no matter the game, look at GTAO, look at GT5 (bad example but an example), look at ANY CoD, all these games were ruined because of modding. Im not against modding, i used to mod GT5 BUT only the 12 year olds and the immature people abuse modding on OFW, when it first came out on GT5 it was great until a bunch of little kids from this site and others started abusing it and making ridiculous fast cars when everyone else was making realistic mods. And people on CFW just think theyre better than OFW because they either got a CFW PS3 off ebay or had someone mod their PS3 so now they act like theyre hot shit because they are "modders" or whatever you kids call it these days.

what does OFW and CFW even mean? I had the garage editor for GT5 but I never used them for messing every single lobby up like some people, even now on GT6 there's people messing up lobby's

Game developers release patches more frequently when their game is being modded. This means more bug fixes and new content. What you end up with is smoother running more fully featured game.


OFW(OfficialFirmWare) is stock and CFW(CustomFirmWare) is race modified :p

"REALLY" we are talking about video games. ones and zeros. GAME being the key word. the creators of the games are no different from us. some are smarter some are not. GAMES for fun no matter what you like or how you like playing. just kick the players or specify the type of race you are holding. problem solved. just a GAME damit.
