Sorry it's not much but i thought it'll be helpful,
No need for ps3tmapi_net.dll or ccapi.dll any more, just PS3Lib 4.3.
Note: You have to install CCAPI 2.50 on both PC and PS3 in order to use this tool for CEX.

Haha nice catch, it's DEX tool for the moment .. maybe later i'll update it for both CEX and DEX when i learn more in C#, wish me luck :p
