(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); In GT5 we could open a replay file to see if any assist were used, in GT5 we could see the cars set up even.

Can we do something similar in GT6?

I would like to check replay files to confirm no assist used on the lap

Well that's quite obvious, nice grasp of the obvious you have.

What's not obvious is the actual spec of the car used in the event saying its got 542hp, but seems more like over 600hp....

This is what I was referring to when I asked "what do you mean"

I realize I found an inconsistency, sooooooo I test it out so I can be certain of any detail related. Winky Winky With this car the inconsistency of displayed power & pp is leading many to think the car in the event is at 542hp when its most certainly not.

Hmmm. I thought my initial posting was obvious enough. I'll try again. In detail..

The values are PS. Whatever unit you're seeing on your screen (HP/BHP/KW/???) is calculated from an int cast (if I recall correct) of these values.
The 550 is being used for display purposes only, like in the dealership or garage view or wherever else information is displayed.
Whereas the 600 should be the amount of PS the engine is really producing "on track", when the car is stock.
If in doubt, check other R35 GT3 cars and their engine power. Whatever they'll show (550 or 600), should be the "genuine" value..

Whatever reasons PD have found to carry "the same value" in more than one location, they went for it..

I'm not trying to be rude with you, please don't get short with me...

I think your wrong, completely.... If your theory was correct it would be like that for all cars, but its not, it's so far exclusive to GT3 GTR's (as far as I know, probably a few more in there with this issue) Its is NOT a power measurement conversion, not at all...

There is a GTR with 542hp/470ft-lb same specs to the T
. Coincidence? NOT LIKELY, and it happens to be the base car the GT3's were built off of.... Its has 542hp/470ft-lb dealership & garage.

The errors is simply the "info" displayed for hp/ft-lb on all GT3 GTR's is of the GTAcademy N24 GTR '12 (That is all) I've not yet seen another car with the same scenario.

The PP spec stays the same dealership 609pp/542hp/470ft-lb/1350kg then in garage 609pp/591hp/508ft-lb/1350kg and you dont "drive" anything at dealership spec, ONLY garage spec Winky Winky so its certain the car is only at the Garage Spec.

How could it have the same hp for 2 different power levels and the same weight? Easy the car is always at 609pp/591hp/508ft-lb NEVER in any way is it 542 Winky Winky

If this were "just an inconsistency" then it would not be exclusive to (or a limited number of cars) the GT3 GTR's. However this is irrelevant as this issue is causing confusion (rightly so) for many as we don't get to load the tuning page for a donor car in GTA Online TT...

So the GT3 cars are NEVER PS/HP/BHP at 542hp Winky Winky they are 591hp Happy

So in a unique situation where displayed power in the event is inaccurate, I feel compelled to confirm the inaccuracy so I can speak on it with intelligence and not make theoretical claims that go nowhere Winky Winky

No Problem, glad we could sort it out Smile

What IRKs me is the GT3 shouldn't have this clerical error. I mean didn't Kaz drive the car himself? The Tuning/Testing of the car in real world events used to improve the physics system of GT6... Furthermore its then used in the GTA Final round...

They didn't realize it setting up the event?

For giggles I did this

Cant help it /// Im going to try and figure out if cars are pre or post oil change in donor car events, I have suspicion they are post, and seems donor car events have multiple car data sections show up, not all appear to show whats used on the run, brake settings for example I found not to show up in the first appearance.
