(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); This is my Garage, Ill post various set ups here as Demo cars for My Real World Style Tuning. These cars are all tuned for zero assist and using the tuning techniques I go over in my various threads on tuning. I will put up examples of my tuning tools at work, and I plan to post videos showing how I use my tuning tools to demonstrate what they can do for tuners.

Unlike many if not most tuning garages for Gran Turismo, these cars are NOT tuned to be the absolute fastest cars possible, my cars are tuned to feel as real as possible within the limitations of GT6 and a Console Game. They are tuned with no assist and using real world tuning principles and practices. Cars built with ABS-1 to go as fast as possible throw real world tuning out the window in favor of glitch/exploit tuning, anything to go faster. While ABS can be used to simply make driving a bit easier, it can also be used to run unrealistic settings in unrealistic ways. Those are Alien Space Ships with Alien Drivers, my cars emphasize on the Simulation aspect while Alien Cars go for Arcade all the way while "saying" SiM.

Please do not post set ups in here, although you can post request for cars you would like me to tune.

Stock Cars with a Great Drive Section

In this section I will highlight cars in GT6 that need no tuning at all. Cars that drive so great out the box its almost a shame to touch anything, and the real world character is captured in the game remarkably. These are not cars that just handle good stock. These are cars that behave as the real cars do and so driving them can give a great experience to the user.

Classics

Toyota 2000GT (NO ABS)
Plymouth XNR (NO ABS)

NOTICE
Please do not post set ups in here, although you can post request for cars you would like me to tune. I would appreciate if people do not post set ups in here as this is my Garage for showcasing my set ups.

Ford Focus ST Transmission Fix

Many believe the Ford Focus ST has a broken tranny with 5th & 6th far too long. But this is because they are partially simulating the Getrag MMT-6 a modular transmission with a dual FD gearing for 5th and 6th gear. The problem is the 2 FD's, 1 for performance and the other for fuel economy are supposed to depend on driver input as to what one is used. On partial throttle cruising the economy gear takes over BUT the performance FD should be held when the driver is WOT.

Here is a fix to use only the performance FD and completely toss the economy gear. AND the original stock gear ratios are used

One of my Boyhood dreams is to drive this car, and while life is life and I can't afford a Toy like this. This car in GT6 has made me feel like my boyhood dream was somewhat realized. The car is great, fast sharp and on the heals of my 550pp CSL

Tuned using a DFGT for no driving assist & for 900 degree steering wheels

Enjoy the Drive

The set up is simply superb around Sierra, new steering wheel feel seems like it was meant for my tuning style.

Thanks, I wanted a super street style set up for Sierra when it released, and it turned out real good on Sierra. Easy to drive like FR, & still MR fast.

I will say this. I have been trying to get Motor City Hammi in a tuning competition that goes by real life SCCA Miata Spec Regulations. He claims to be a regular Spec Miata racer in real life (so he can pay an entry fee, wow BFD), so it should be an easy sell. BUT just like at my local track when I was doing the Drag Racing thing, I get drivers dodging racing me. He was gonna race, but the regulations of his own claimed real life race class he races in was too much for him. Could you believe it was as trivial as using the factory differential. He pulls the call a mod to Bann the Bandit card to avoid the race.

He's scared of a 400pp Miata @ 158hp/895kg HE IS A JOKE his tuning techniques he post tuning notes on are the furthest from real tuning techniques and frankly the stupidest tuning style I've ever seen. No attempt to use ANY real techniques only cheese arcade game style tuning, that apparently won't work unless he can use all his cheeser tricks.

This lil guy

Scared the shit out of Mr GTP respected tuning know it all. He is a pussy, he's got no balls, the pussy there has replaced them.

I will school his ass with his own car, scarred of me the race had his scared little pussy running to get a MOD like a little bitch. Too much of a bitch to Man-Up for a race. Has no ability to tune a car realistically and is a lead dumbass acting like real tuning doesn't work in GT6 because its tuning g physics are backwards, but really, he doesn't know a god damn thing

Run scarred little Bitch, your lucky you pussied out, I was going to use your own car to prove how wrong you are whenever you open that retarded mouth talking about tuning in GT......

Any Time you want to Race me in Spec Miata regs, pull your skirt up, I'm always ready to spank you fucking ***get.

GT6 SCCA Spec Miata 400pp

The Car
Premium Eunos Roadster (NA Special Package) '89
400pp 158hp 127ft-lb 895kg

Power
SCCA Spec Miata has no HP limit but the do not allow forced induction, internal modifications or changes to the ECU or programming. Many races who Dyno their cars put down around 135whp. GT6 hp figures are brake horsepower, the Stock Miata will put down between 95 and 105hp stock. So just like in real life, no Engine Tuning, Computer, or Forced induction upgrades allowed, we will use the bolt on's to get the engine to 158 brake horsepower, that should be around 135 wheel horsepower, just like the real cars.

Oil must be changed

Intake Tuning, Racing Exhaust, Sports Catt, Isometric Header

All must be installed

Body & Weight
The body and weight mods are focused on keeping the playing field level and keeping the differences from car to car in suspension tuning. Any oddity effect that may be caused by using any body mods is nullified as all cars are identical aside from the setting on the suspension.

Aero Kit

Stage 3 Weight Reduction

Carbon Hood (either option)

Window Weight Reduction

Improved body Rigidity

74kg of Ballast, free to be positioned

All must be installed

Drivetrain
VERY Important, Drivetrain Modifications are Restricted, No transmission, differential, clutch or Drive Shaft upgrades allowed. This is like the real life Miata/MX5 races that also require cars retain stock gears and differential. Gear tuning and LSD tuning are not allowed or the event looses realism.

Suspension
Similar to real life Races cars are required to use the fully adjustable suspension upgrade the cars must have the fully adjustable suspension installed.

Brakes
Critical, Brake upgrades are not allowed. In real life most Miata.MX5 Racing will allow upgraded brake pads, because there is no fade in GT6 GTP MX5 Spec will keep stock brakes, but drivers are open to tune the brake balance to their liking. Racing Brakes or ABS are unneeded at this Spec, if used remove from the realism.

Tires
The SCCA Run these cars on Hoosiers, I use Sports Soft Tires on 1 inch up Rims, These are probably not as Grippy as Hoosier racing Tires, but probably not far off.. This may seem very High Grip, BUT Getting a car fast in this high grip low power/pp environment through suspension tuning can be very rewarding and helpful when working on much faster cars with more power and more grip.

Driving Assist
There will be no driving assist allowed. The car does not have lock up issue braking plus we are using sports tires over comfort tires, there should be no problems keeping consistency without the ABS Braking assist.
