Thanks to dr1ft3r this is his save data, and was the only user to send me a save. The other thread I posted was just arguing and other stuff and should be ashamed of yourself. You could of made everthing a bit easier.

I would like to thank a good friend of mine aswell.

Expect something in the future Winky Winky

Maybe they used the same code as gt5, so hybrids will already not work

Hybrids do work though. But you already knew that.

The crowd that fucks around is much bigger than the crowd that won't. Soooo many say "oh I want to build realistic hybrids", or "I just want cash" but really want cheezer cars. The guys modding cheeser cars for OFW users all seem to have problems resigning a save game once the OFW user they modded cars for get 2.11 error. Then comes "help I got error 2.11" and they expect somebody here to save them. Its CFW guys too, they keep getting 2.11 then fixing it, just to do the same shit over and over, banned then fix, banned then fix. So the less people making cheesed cars CFW or OFW doesn't matter, the better. We are not invincible and despite what many think a patch can and most likely will come to kill hybrids, resetting them at game load like after patch 2.11 in GT5. That patch killed hybrids in GT5, it makes no sense to me how its thought that can't happen in GT6.

I get that, but that was more in response to ''These OFW peasants don't deserve tools'' type responses, which are frankly extremely dumb.

Grinding cash in GT6 ain't that bad, just hit the RedBull races for quick easy cash. Or ask somebody to add some cash to your save game, you don't need a OFW tool perse, just a friend with CFW and there are plenty here.

I honestly can't control the RedBulls. Way too twitchy. And I don't want to ask anyone, they probably have more than enough things to do than help some idiot they don't even know

I really thought this would go far fast but I'm pleasantly surprised its gone nowhere so far.

Probably because the tools haven't been released yet for OFW. A vast majority of OFW users who modify their saves haven't even used a Hex editor, just a garage editor.

I probably come off like I'm anti OFW, but I'm not. I'm anti cheeser cars and anti fuck around online. Glad you see what I'm getting at.

I'm no preacher for assist, but they can be used to tame the RedBull cars for cash grinding, and progressively remove them as you get better, trust me once you catch a feel for the RB cars the assist start to feel like they slow you down because they do. SRF is an exception, that shit will make anybody faster.

I think the problem is not familiarity with Hex editing but more along the lines of re-encrypting the save without corrupting it. I really don't know as I'm a dodo when it comes to this cracking hacking thing. I can hex edit quite well but I learned what I needed to do it in GT5 (some replay hex editing in GT6 too) outside of GT stuff I'm clueless. Either it HAS NOT been accomplished yet, or this guy is hoarding the process until he puts out a tool. I can't see the car data being structured different than it is in replay files that is pretty much the same as it was in GT5. How on earth could it take so long if he truly figured out how to decrypt, edit, then encrypt. So I think (and this is just me guessing) it hasn't been done yet, and why the author is not saying much at all.

Many awesome members here that will add cash to your save game, most here want to help members out any way they can. I've painted cars and added cash for many members as have others. I'll add cash to your save game for you but trust me taking a day to get the feel for the RedBull races will be rewarding you can get 50mill much faster than it seems, especially with the log in bonus.

Probably because I have never made a Garage Editor for any Gran Turismo game. Today I'll release a decrypted save data so others users can help me research a bit.

Its not the decrypting I'm interested in, its the re encryption without corrupting, that's where it gets interesting. You can pull the car data out of a replay file with ease. No biggie. Its pretty much structured like it was in GT5. I'd like to see the save game working after you decrypted edited then encrypted, decrypting is only half the battle, as the ability to decrypt without the ability to encrypt leave the Tool in limbo until that gets figured out.

Start off with a cash adder, one simple thing that all OFW guys will like and use, get that working file decrypted, edited then re encrypted.

Or simply explain your decrypt / re encrypt process, a garage editor is not really needed perse, just as it wasn't needed in GT5, but when it came around many used it.

Are you worried somebody will use the process and beat you to the punch? It doesn't matter much as soon as a OFW garage editor is released (if ever) then its going to get worked out as soon as its released.

Re-encrypting should be the easiest part, once you got the decryption, all you have to do is just reverse the process, going backwards.
