Post: [1.04] How to get back online on destiny [BLES]

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hi ALL,

I can see there are a lot of users that cannot get online after 1.04 patch, maybe we can unite and try to find a fix for this issue or if somebody found already a fix for it, maybe he can post it here.

I'm using H@bib CFW 4.65 and BLES version of Dest!ny, and game worked fine in until 1.04 release. Now i get "Problem reading content" when i try to play a mission or a pvp game, so I've decided to reapply the old 1.03 fix , delete gamedata and re-download the compatibility patch.. still no joy! The fix doesn't work for this nor does wiping everything and starting from scratch.

The game doesn't let you sign in into PSN if you didn't upgrade to version 1.04!!!

i get to the orbit as ordinary, but as i wanted to start a mission or a pvp, the error message popped up.
I've installed also the PSN version of the game and apply the .rap file provided on this awesome forum .. but still get same error "problem reading content. please restart game".

Is there anybody out there to share his wisdom and make this game playable again?

Thank you so much!

You can install 1.04 from ingame or from mm. Then you will get blackscreen. For fix blackscreen install You must login or register to view this content. or let mm resign your eboot.
For me Gamedata had to be moved to external hdd since the ingameupdate (5.26mb) on 14th october. When it stays in internal it gives error problem reading game content.
move it to devusb00x/GAMEI
and then go to the settings for destiny in multiman. and activate "EXT GAME DATA". Now it will load gamedata from devusb00x/GAMEI and you wont get the error problem reading game content.

You have to disable every firmware spoofing. Then activate firmware spoofing in psnpatch with [Select] -> [TRIANGLE] -> [START].
Then mount destiny with ext game data in mm. And then disable cfw in psnpatch with TRIANGLE or press L3 +R3 + R2 in XMB, that will disable cfw from xmb. Then Start destiny and enjoy.

Seedlord --- You're the MAN!
it worked like a charm!
One more thing ... after you mount the ext game data - my external P$Npatch was not showing anymore , so i had to reinstall it from a different ext flash drive. Tested and working great!

Im glad to hear that =) Have fun and enjoy

If you get error 80010006 or u having trouble launching PSNPatch after enabling external game data:
Copy your psnpatch folder (the one with psnpatch.cfg in it, should be BLJS10018 ) from the game folder on internal to the GAME| folder on your external drive. Now you'll be able to launch psnpatch.

No no need to delete internal Data.
go to the gameslist in multiMAN, press square on destiny, go to game settings and activate "EXT GAME DATA"
Now start Destiny with multiMAN and you are free to go.
Always load Destiny with multiMAN, because multiMAN mounts external gamedata
