(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hi guys
I dont know why, but since i got the ingameupdate on 14th October (5.26mb) i keep getting error "Problem reading game content..."
Reinstalling game and formatting HDD didn't help. I even tried a new HDD and downloaded NPEB-Version but i kept getting this error.
But i found a way how it works.
You have to move the Gamedata to external HDD. A Usbstick should work too (fat32 formatted). You need at least ~6Gb free space.

How to fix:
Use ftp client or multiMAN filemanager.
Go to /DEV_HDD0/game
Copy folder "bles01857" (is european Destiny)
to
dev_usb000/GAMEI or dev_usb006/GAMEI (belongs to which usbport u use for external hdd)
Then go to the gameslist in multiMAN, press square on destiny, go to game settings and activate "EXT GAME DATA"
Now start Destiny with multiMAN and you are free to go.

NOTE: You have to mount Destiny with multiMAN, because only multiMAN support external Gamedata. When you mount with webMAN game will load Gamedata from internal drive!

No "Problem reading Game content" anymore.
You have a bit longer loading times but game works.

If you get error 80010006 or u having trouble launching PSNPatch after enabling external game data:

Copy your psnpatch folder (the one with psnpatch.cfg in it, should be BLJS10018 ) from the game folder on internal to the GAME| folder on your external drive. Now you'll be able to launch psnpatch.

Stealth in PSN "PSNPatch"

a) If you have webMAN go to its settings and "Disable firmware version spoofing", then SAVE and PS3 2x restart.
b) Deactiviate in multiMAN-Settings (bottom of settings) the Firmware-Spoofing -> PS3 2x restart (if it was activated)
c) Check in Systemsetting, if your FW is the installed one
d) Start PSNPatch -> [Select] -> [TRIANGLE] -> [START] That will "spoof" your PS3 permanent from actual to 4.60.
e) IMPORTANT: Check in Systemsettings, if Spoofing worked. It should has changed to 4.60
f) Mount Destiny via "multiMAN" after you activated "EXT GAME DATA" and moved Gamedata to external HDD.
g) Press in XMB [L3] + [R3] + [R2]. You will hear 3 Beeps, then everything should be fine and CFW-Syscalls are disabled (until you shutdown and restart ps3), and all History-Files should get deleted.
h) Connect to PSN and start game or Start game and connect ingame.

Sorry for bad english, i translated from german

Have fun and enjoy =)

Ok, I found the fix after many reinstall's of my PS and PSN version.

Incase of troubles, just reinstall PS. The reason I re-formatted my PSN was due the constant long freezes which is now fixed btw.

Anways, install PSN version install combility pack and let it auto update 1.05 or download it via PC and do ftp transfer.
Before first boot disable cobra and webman and have PS on release mode.
I am on cex currently due the 0x82 constant needing to boot rebug toolbox to get online but before worked on dex so suppose now does aswell.

I came to the same conclusion, after my friends were having issues with Cobra enabled, but mine was off thanks to CCAPI and I had no issues. Just turning off Cobra didn't seem to fix it for them though. I had to do the following:

1) Turn off Cobra
2) Delete game and game data from internal hard drive of PS3
3) Re-copy game to internal hard drive
4) Re-patch and mount with Multiman
4a) Install your DLC package (optional)
5) Boot game and let it re-install game data files again
6) Enjoy, it shouldn't DC anymore.
