Hi guys
I dont know why, but since i got the ingameupdate on 14th October (5.26mb) i keep getting error "Problem reading game content..."
Reinstalling game and formatting HDD didn't help. I even tried a new HDD and downloaded NPEB-Version but i kept getting this error.
But i found a way how it works.
You have to move the Gamedata to external HDD. A Usbstick should work too (fat32 formatted). You need at least ~6Gb free space.
How to fix:
Use ftp client or multiMAN filemanager.
Go to /DEV_HDD0/game
Copy folder "bles01857" (is european Destiny)
to
dev_usb000/GAMEI or dev_usb006/GAMEI (belongs to which usbport u use for external hdd)
Then go to the gameslist in multiMAN, press square on destiny, go to game settings and activate "EXT GAME DATA"
Now start Destiny with multiMAN and you are free to go.
NOTE: You have to mount Destiny with multiMAN, because only multiMAN support external Gamedata. When you mount with webMAN game will load Gamedata from internal drive!
No "Problem reading Game content" anymore.
You have a bit longer loading times but game works.
If you get error 80010006 or u having trouble launching PSNPatch after enabling external game data:
Copy your psnpatch folder (the one with psnpatch.cfg in it, should be BLJS10018 ) from the game folder on internal to the GAME| folder on your external drive. Now you'll be able to launch psnpatch.
Stealth in PSN "PSNPatch"
a) If you have webMAN go to its settings and "Disable firmware version spoofing", then SAVE and PS3 2x restart.
b) Deactiviate in multiMAN-Settings (bottom of settings) the Firmware-Spoofing -> PS3 2x restart (if it was activated)
c) Check in Systemsetting, if your FW is the installed one
d) Start PSNPatch -> [Select] -> [TRIANGLE] -> [START] That will "spoof" your PS3 permanent from actual to 4.60.
e) IMPORTANT: Check in Systemsettings, if Spoofing worked. It should has changed to 4.60
f) Mount Destiny via "multiMAN" after you activated "EXT GAME DATA" and moved Gamedata to external HDD.
g) Press in XMB [L3] + [R3] + [R2]. You will hear 3 Beeps, then everything should be fine and CFW-Syscalls are disabled (until you shutdown and restart ps3), and all History-Files should get deleted.
h) Connect to PSN and start game or Start game and connect ingame.
Sorry for bad english, i translated from german
ok. after 3 days i finally find solution.
1. fully delete game.
2. internal hdd.
3. spoof 3.66 from brewology
4. run from Gamesonic Manager and disable cfw inside this program.
I am trying to load Destiny on my PS3 with DARKNET 4.66 CEX COBRA V1.00 installed. The problem isn't just i can't load the game without getting the dredded message, "can't load game content" or "expansion files are damaged or not present".
I also can't load the Copy of Destiny, that's located on my 32GB flash drive, that inserted into the far right USB slot in my slim PS3. MultiMan keeps loading the Destiny that i have on my internal hard drive and not the copy i have on my USB hdd.
Yes, i did put a check mark within MM"EXT game data" but it still loads from within my internal drive. I know because i look at my 32gb flash drive and watch to see if the led it has, lights up when data is being accessed but it never does, only the PS3's led hdd, blinks.
I have the Destiny folder and PSNPatch folder inside the GAMEI folder on my usb drive. I also tried to apply a "x" in front of the Destiny folder name as to see if MM won't see it and look for it on the usb drive but MM picks it up, regardless of the spelling of the folder, that has game files within it.
I'm on DARKNET 4.66 CEX COBRA V1.00 as well, this is what i did. Disable Cobra with Game Sonic Manager 3.37. Delete everything from Destiny. Re install everything. Launch with Game Sonic Manager. Tada!
Quick question, how do i disable cobra from within the Sonic game manager? and what to delete from Destiny? The whole game or just what's in the Gamedata section of the xmb?
You mean within Game Sonic Manager i presume? It's right in the menu... Tools> Cobra CFW Tools> Disable. Yes everything in the Gamedata section, not the JB folder/ISO with Destiny (unless you patched it or did something to it then you start clean).

How do I restore cobra when I try to go back and restore it says unsupported firmware
