You can get the track files from a rooted android phone

The track files are the .bin files located on the phone at path : data/data/jp.co.polyphony.GTCourseMaker/files/

Awesome web tool. and an even Better Modified APK file...
no More 10km length limit, and no more Boundrys.
you can even have cross overs.
the PS3 does have limitations, So if you make a track that pushes GT6 to use up all it's resources, it will Freeze the PS3.
Just examine the track, Fix the Issues
and try again..
