(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey NGU, I have been attempting to replace my Ethernet port on my CFW ps3 so I could RTM/RTE. I have successfully disassembled my ps3 to the motherboard but the problem here is that whenever I try to heat up the solder that's already on the
Ethernet port IT WONT MELT! I have been heating it up for minutes and its still hard as a rock. So can you guys please give me advice on how to get it to melt safely??? Please it will be really appreciative.

You need copper meshing to melt it. The copper allows easy removal. ...
