If you have rebug try going to rebug toolbox and switch from DEX to CEX i tried it before and it worked.

Firstly, are you still on the CFW u used to change to DEX? like REBUG 4.21 OR REBUG 4.46 REX?
If not use the 3.55 DEX Downgrader which will put u on 3.55 DEX, then update to the CFW u used.
Secondly, do you still have the ' Awesome face

EX-FLASH.EID0.NORBIN' and 'CEX-FLASH.EID0.NORBIN' you would have created to convert to DEX?
If not you will have to acquire them again. (sorry i cant remember right now how. refer to the link @★NanaX★ posted earlier)
Then use REBUG Toolbox and change from DEX to CEX through there.
