When i load a diffrent HDD in my ps3 it says firmware cant be loaded Please Help!

You may have bricked your system. What have you done in the past with it?

Possibly bricked,
But if u can get into safety mode, try run options 2 through to 4 and see if that work. Or if that don't work try format the HDD.

it sounds like you have Green Light of Death (GLOD) the GPU will need re-balling Here is some more info on the repair my PS3 received:
