(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); hello guys, i have a ps3 fat with a little problem. Since a few months ago, when i turn the console on it shows me that the system files are corrupted and ps3 will restore files. Ok, it restores after a couple of minutes and system restarts, but i got a black screen, can't acces de XMB menu. After google it, i found a tutorial that said to format the HDD on a pc in FAT32, so i did it, but after when i put the HDD back on ps3, it doesnt power on anymore, i mean, it beeps, but after 4-5 seconds it has a triple beep, so the console goes off and RED light keep blinking. i think its the famous RLOD, but my console isnt dead because when i take the HDD off again, there is no more red light blinking, and the console shows me that main storage data wasnt found. i hope that is just HDD problem.. and have already tried to format, reformat, reformat.... so i don't know what to do anymore, hope you guys can help me thanks!

I have the same problem. When there's a HDD plugged in the turns off but when there's no HDD it stays on but stays on 'proper storage not found'. Also dont matter which HDD, ive tried three 2.5" hdds all formated to fat32, still no luck. But before the red light flashing and three beeps it shows yellow, so I'm not sure whether it YLOD or another problem as I've tried the heat gun method to repair if YLOD but still same problem :/ any help would be much appreciated
