Nope, you need hardware in order to downgrade bro.
So, you will have to open up the ps3 and install the hardware. Many videos out there on this subject.

That I know of there is no dongle that can downgrade with.If you don't want to do it yourself you can send it to someone to downgrade it for you.

What sites can I use to find people to downgrade it for me? I'm currently using kijiji because I live in toronto
