Went threw the system and checked all the stuff cleaned all the stuff but the bottom plate as going to do a case mod for better air flow. I still have to change the heat pads, and thermal paste. But not to that point yet and now that I have this point I'm not sure I'm going to that point.

Yesterday I played the ps3 for about 30mins to an hour before I turned off. This morning I went to play and get ready to install some hacks once I decide which one, but that is later. I started my game up and notice that the screen was a little dark like it was yesterday. So I went into the settings and moved the brightness to the almost max, hit the X to set it then O to get out of that screen. First it froze with lines all over the screen.......After about 10 mins, I did a force reboot anad only got a black screen and nothing more. So like any good person I started google and have been threw everything I could find. I did get it to do a recover screen once but that was after leaving it unplugged for about an hour, but did not get to launch the recover.

Please help...... any little step to giant ones are welcome......

Sounds like your graphics chip (forgot its name like RSX or something) has burned up.... maybe why it was YLOD in the first place.
