Do a barrel roll!
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I have a 60gb PS3 on 3.50 OFW that has a faulty blu ray drive so I replaced the drive from another 60gb same model number as the one I had, I put the logic board from the broken drive on the working blu ray drive and installed everything correctly but the console is still makes a ticking sound and will not accept any disks which is what it did on the other blu ray drive. Does anyone know what to do? At this point I think its something to do with one of the ribbon cables not being in properly but I checked them all and they were all fine. The ribbon cable for the blu ray drive inserting onto the motherboard was also extremely hard to clip in and took at least 10 minutes just to get it right which really got me annoyed as it should go in flush and clip in normally.

At the moment I have the console with its top cover of and I'm searching the internet for any methods to fix this error.
