if you are on dex just download a 1.14 patch.ff and but that file into the mw2 folder and put into usdir and that is it.

Just goggle it bro theres a lot of videos out there on how to transfer your patch but I will give you a quick tutorial.
Copy the patch you want to use to a usb drive( make sure your usb is formated as a FAT32 )
Now plug it into your PS3s usb port the one closest to the bluray drive.
Go in to multiman ( make sure you have the latest version ) And go to file manager
In file manger go to the top left of the screen there is a folder PS3 Root click on that.
Now go to your usb it will say dev_usb000 go to your patch press circle then copy
Exist that folder then you need to go these folders dev_hdd0> game > then what ever region your game is eg.BLES-00683
next go to USRDIR then paste your patch in to that folder choose yes to the questions.
Then your done exist out of MM and if you did it correctly you should be good to go.
This is not the best tutorial thats why I suggest finding a video much easier, Anyway good luck and I hoped this helped
