Yeah, there are a few tools that work with DEX whilst being wireless, just got to install CCapi 2.0

You can but cant. you can have a ethernet cable plug in to your ps3 to you computer. after that you can have wirless internt from you computer to you router more inf can be found HERE

No, you can't. You need a laptop\desktop to RTM..

Obviously. You can RTM wirelessly with CCAPI, not TMAPI.
