(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I have a 40 inch Samsung LED TV, its pretty much brand new. maybe like 2 months old. Any game I play, I play for 5 minutes and the sound just cuts out. It wont turn back on unless I Turn the TV off and on again. How can I fix this? ive looked all over the place and nobody seems to have a similar issue. usually everyones TV the sound cuts in and out. mine just goes out, or its REALLY low. like at the XMB menu when the sound cuts out i hear the movement of my cursor. or the sounds when i scroll through my friends list. its really low and i can barely hear it.

How can i possibly fix it? is it my TV or HDMI cable? if thats the case Ill go buy a new one.

Try resetting the graphics chip on the ps3 by holding the power button (while off) hold the power button until the first beep after the start up beep. Also mess around with your sound settings on the ps3 and tv.
