1.try redownloading it with Wired connection if you are on wifi.
2. Delete save data and try to load the game.
if the problem persists, enter Safe Mode and select [Restore File System] then try to load the game again.

the best thing you can do is just reinstall. If it still doesn't work then contact sony and demand a refund. (you bought a non working game)
