From the picture you replied with, I can see that this is ImSoSmooth's tool for Ghosts and Black Ops 2. You need to make sure that you have a jailbroken Console in order to use these tool's or else they won't be applied to you. If you have a jailbroken console then you need to more than likely update your version of NET Frameworks.
