On your PS3 delete the GTA 1.14 game data & insert USB via '☆ Install Package Files' option select + install 1.08 pkg patch update.

But, oh wait yeahh doing the above is pointless for DNS codes.. as that tunables/DNS exploit was hotfixed & fully patched months ago
