(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hi guys! I have one question. When I start my PS3 it is very silent, but when I play a game after 10 minutes it start make loud noise as when blowing out the dust (i don't now how it translated from russian). Also after one hour my PS3 freezes (only display), but sound work perfect. I have tried open Playstation and clean it, change the thermal paste. But all is without result.

If after 10 minutes the fan gets really loud & cleaning + reapplying new thermal paste didn't work... Hmm then sounds like the console CPU chip needs to be professionally reballed.. if not it'll sooner or later YLOD/RLOD fault

And CPU or/and GPU need to be professionally reballed?

I'm not sure to be honest, but ye best both the CPU and GPU/RSX just in case it's either one.

You can try my tutorial to prevent overheating issues (link in my signature). Manytimes it also has to do with where you are keeping your console. Keep it in opem space and away from other heat emotting devices.
