It's all a matter of being patient man. If you give Sony a call and wait for them to answer, then tell them of the issue and give them the proof of you being the full owner of the account, they will send you a confirmation email to reset your password and get the email restored. Also, there is nothing that can be done regarding his NGU account being banned or suspended as your transactions were not through NGU itself. That's why the staff team encourages the community to keep all purchases through the NGU posting or PM system so everything can be kept track of; otherwise, it's out of our hands.
