Changing your mac address will make no difference thats why i don't bother trying to mod ghost anymore its not worth it.

I'm on the same firmware as you and I lag really hard when I'm in lobbies and stuff. You don't need to change your MAC address as long as you're able to connect to the Ghost servers. I do recommend changing your console ID RIGHT when you connect to the Ghost servers and enabling anti ban. I've been using that method for a week now and no bans.

how do u change a cid on a dex AFTER u r in the game's online menu ? i use consolecontrol for cex but on dex care to explain how its done ? also is psnpatch compatible with dex ?

Right when I sign in and join a party I change my console ID to a banned one with CCAPI 2.5. I'm pretty sure it works with DEX as well.
