all works fine if i delete 1.09 update,

soon as i install the update i load the game and it asks me to delete the game data,
any idea?

Try removing the game data and then updating and installing it all again.

If that doesn't work, go in recovery mode and rebuild database, it will clear your PS3s cache. Makes it run faster too
