Sorry if this is the wrong section to post iN But i really need help.

I have the PAL PSN version Of DW7. I have maxed all bonds as i got the trophy for doing so. I also have all the skill tress maxed out. I have double checked this and still have not gotten the trophy.

Do i need to beat story mode for all factions as well? This glitch still happens in 2015. I really do now want to max the skill trees and bonds all over again. That would be a nightmare.
